Pros

4 day a week shifts Nice lunch room Great snacks on birthdays Nothing about the job nor managers or procedures

Cons

Moved from role to role, very clicky- if you weren’t in the click you didn’t have a chance to of being taken seriously. Don’t look at individuals results go over popularity, bad attitudes from managers, not caring and no training given when you start. Appalling company to work for. Now starting new role realised how badly they treat their staff.

Pros

Nothing but the Negativity all around.

Cons

Everywhere there is Negative Environment. The company just hires people and hires... Employees are always in panic just thinking when they will be called and asked to go. The management has No vision and they just spoiling the place for their own monetory benefit. The life of employees are miserable here as there is a tremendous uncertainty and no Direction.
