Pros

Very good non-salary benefits, e.g. pension, sick pay, car, employee assistance programme etc. Many otherwise unhappy employees stay for the perks.

Cons

Far too many management layers, managers that micromanage out of fear, not a place for the more independently minded. Box tickers and jobsworths will think they have gone to heaven!

Pros

Large company with great benefits

Cons

Because HSBC is exiting the United States it is diminishing its portfolio. As it becomes smaller it continues to create an atmosphere of a limited time left and its a doom and gloom atmosphere daily.everuone waits saily to be let go and the prwssure to suvice the next cut is brutal.

Pros

Worked as business Analyst. Good work culture. Less work pressure compared to other places. 10 days mandatory core leave as a company policy. Good compensation, competitive in market. Get bonus on every march end. which is a handsome amount and more importantly that is excluding the actual compensation. Good work life balance.

Cons

HR is not much active.
