Pros

Diversity, open, vacation (Time Off 18 days with1-3 years of service, 30 days with 4-10 years). The compensation benefit is okay. Working From Home 1-2 days/per week.

Cons

Business not running well, downsize, re-organize in the US nation wide. Due to lack of the workforce, workload could be hard.

Pros

I was in Risk Management, the culture and the work was really good.

Cons

HR of HSBC really does not know how to behave with employees. In starting they will cut the contact with the business and negotiate with you in a way to bad way.
