Pros

use to be an ok place to work with an reasonable chance to advance but that has changed over the years since the acquisition.

Cons

if you were able to advance in your career, the raise would not commensurate with the job, so basically you were taken advantage of. Management was typical corporate management, which is untrustworthy.

Pros

Paid well with generous bonus system.

Cons

Toxic environment created from the top down. Culture that encourages bullying and nasty office politics. HR totally ineffective.

Benefits, bonuses, SOME of the people, but after that the place makes you feel like your IQ dropped 2 points eve time you walk in Elmhurst building

Cons

The managers don't even know what they are doing.... Just working day to day... Look at my pros I have cons in there too!
