Pros

401k match and vacation is good.

Cons

Senior management tends to change their minds on many decisions made, which makes it difficult for employees trying to deliver. Culture is suppose to be transforming, but not sure how it's being done without a change in senior management.

Pros

Captive unit..almost no sever impact if missed deadlines or major defect went in production. Secure job and slow but stable growth in salary. Good work life balance encouraged Perfect for someone looking for stress free environment or working woman with small kid to handle both career and motherhood and household responsibilities. Big brand in market and really large company and group Favours in house talent..so fresher's have bright future if ready to work for less salary for some years

Cons

Leadership is not active and spineless People doing same job for number of years No promotion policy which is followed here Someone can become PM in 10 years in company while lateral from other company with 15+ years experience may end up being TL or APM Pressure of not keeping job but surviving politics

Pros

- flexible working, able to work from home once if not twice a week. Able to buy & sell holiday entitlement. - good pension scheme - relaxed working environment - less redundancies than other banks - most colleagues tend to be friendly

Cons

- career progression can be extremely difficult, hard workers don't seem to be rewarded accordingly. Much a case of 'who's best friends with the boss'. - bonuses around 8-10% for above average yearly performance. - payrises can be paltry some years (try £100 annual payrise!) - training has been an issue, external training budget non existent - senior management don't seem to care too much about those who actually do the work
