      Pros

      Time pass culture, tea shops near by, no real intellectual task.

      Cons

      Managers love only girls, they hire girls, they promote girls, really dumb girls, if you want to go to onsite, be a girl, get a boyfriend, husband at onsite and just fly. Give any professional reason you are doomed. Terrible biased working culture, this is across projects not a particular one. Talk about technology, they have nothing which could give you an edge in market. Stay away from HSBC guys.

      Good exposure for a fresh graduate to have an experience

      Pros

      You have a chance to deal with many countries around the world.

      Cons

      Cost saving ideas implemented on this company really has a major effect on their employees. We were not allowed to bring any gadget into the floor which make us difficult to get connected from family or external call. Time capturing system have treated the employees like a robots as they only rate their executive based on that figure. Were pushed to improve a work speed and at the same time given extra workload to save their cost.

      Pros

      401k, company bonus and incentives are great. Tuition assistance and plenty of perks to keep you motivated.

      Cons

      Favorites rule and if your manager dislikes you expect a rough ride. Layoff rehire, layoff rehire, layoff rehire. Sending people back and forth to India doesn't help and neither does layoff rehire strategy. Managers do not need to be micro-managed they just need to manage their staff and make their teams profitable.
