Good work life balance. Good benefits.

Cons

Very political, no team spirit between departments and loads of finger pointing. Progression dependent on your relationship with your manger, forget about meritocracy. Overbearing, bulling and difficult behaviour are highly valued personality traits.

Great people, shame about the 'historic' managers that run the Branches

People, some of the training (depending on area), nice uniform

Cons

People treated like dirt in branches, promotions based on looks, paid unfairly if promoted internally, managers expensing lunches and drinks whilst staff on rubbish wages.
