Pros

- Many different challenges to work on - Generally a better hours compared to consulting

Cons

- Very bureaucratic and process-heavy. This means things can move slowly - Many layers 'approvals' of approvals slows things down and makes innovation harder - It's an 'angular' brand. Meaning, the design is boxes in boxes. If you want the ability to push design boundaries, this is not the place for you. If you want to experience design at scale, this is a good place for that. - Lack of transparency when change happens. communications can be poor or lacking

Pros

- good pay - nice benefits - barely any office days (once a week) - even better pay, when you advance to senior position - no one is interested in what you do

Cons

- no introduction whatsoever; interns are given random tasks and left alone for days/weeks - overall chaos - no one knows how to do anything or from where to obtain data to work with - internal systems have terrible design - no one is interested in what you do
