Pros

Sales staff have a wide support network of product providers and credit lines are readily available to customers

Cons

Rock bottom morale due to the constant threat of redundancy. Sales staff are always the target for redundancy whereas the vast numbers of middle management within Global Markets always protect themselves, even though these are non revenue generating roles. Senior management take no interest in their staff, only pandering to the highest revenue generators and ignore everyone else. Long working hours are the norm with no consideration for life outside of the office, no flexibility whatsoever to work remotely.
