Pros

Above average salary and benefits. Diverse culture. Nice office environment. Flexible working hour. WFH arrangement. Casual dresscode.

Cons

Very heavy workload in GPB division, saw that most of the colleagues have to OT everyday, even on weekends. Terrible working hour. No clear procedure / SOP for staff to follow. People not willing to teach plus hiding everything. Especially there's one of the teammate has very bad attitude, as a new joiner for a junior role, at the very beginning when she taught me about the work, the first thing she said was "I will just only tell you ONCE.", which was making me feeling very UNCOMFORTABLE, and after she finished the tutorial she immediately sent the email to our team Lead which was about sth like "I already taught the new joiner everything. If there's any problem later on those are none of my business". This lady's disrespectful attitude makes me decide to resign immediately lol. Never expected to have such an terrible experience in this diverse & international company. And the working culture may not be suitable for everyone, people rely heavily on platforms like Zoom / Teams to communicate (even when you are sitting next to each other but you still have to communicate through computer device), and you rarely see your teammates to have face-to-face communication as there's no fixed seats arrangements. Also there are LOTS of meetings everyday, like 70% of the working time you are in meetings. Won't suggest this company to people who prefer stableness and find traditional face-to-face working culture more comfortable.
