Pros

Working flexibility, global and diverse organisation, good rewards, interesting work, fast paced organisation, solid and high performing

Cons

Whilst a big focus on performance and process is good, you find in certain high performing teams, employees are scrutinised to a point where the job isn’t that enjoyable anymore. In such teams you will also find colleagues undermining each other.
