Pros

- High exposure work - Pockets of high-performing close collaborators

Cons

- Painfully slow-moving in every regard - Too many chefs in the kitchen, everyone involved in everything - Stubborn, egotistical management - Complicated, convoluted processes with absolutely everything - Outdated systems - Money is the only thing that matters - Entire projects shelved at last minute - Dictatorship, with everyone's livelihoods decided at the top without discussion or communication - Criminally underpaid and undervalued

Pros

Good amount of funding and willingness to invest in digital capabilities, mature processes and clear R&R in many cases.

Cons

Company is completely saddled with internal politics especially when projects involve multiple departments. Some people are given way too much authority and are solely there to create roadblocks & make commentary, but not do any real work; not worth the oxygen they breathe.
