Pros

Good company car scheme Good benefits package My role was as a relationship manager, looking after a portfolio of customer. Seving customers was the biggest plus of this role

Cons

Continual change of focus Do as I say - I know best attitude from leader. To quote "Your ....... is never wrong, remember that!" Blame culture rife Have to cover your back in everything you do Bullying culture from leadership Meetings called so frequently that it takes employees away from servicing customers. As much of 50% of the working week spent in internal staff meetings Unrealistic timescales given to perform tasks, and a drop everything attitude to get it done Frequent high turnover of staff 7 out of 12 Relationship manangers in the last 12 months. Very low morale Expected to work 12 hours a day E-mails on Saturdays and Sundays frequently from leadership team Very poor support function Lack of training of back office systems Thown in at the deep end attidude 4 months into role. and still NO FULL access to business critical systems Expected to look after business customers without correct handovers Given customers to manage within 2 weeks of starting.(No training) Inexcusable treatment for the employee. The list is endless.

Pros

Good salary between-70k-80k, 25 day off , insurance Blue cross blue shield. 401k match 4%.

Cons

Horrible work environment 18 of the 20 branch managers are clueless. Almost every employee is afraid of losing there job for no apparent reason. Managers are afraid to make decisions on simple approvals. Horrible systems so outdated they constantly crash and they are developing new systems that are worse then the old. Horrible customer service can offer our customers simple service (can't issue debit cards at the branch it litterly takes 4 business days. A revolving door with Premier advisors and Premier Banker. Commission suck discretionary bonus always at the low end

Pros

They offer decent work-life balance and vacation days

Cons

management that has no functional/technical skills in the area they are managing because they were hired by their friends in senior management. Nobody knows what they are doing and so things never really get done adequately. No investment in the career of their employees which is why they have a low employee-retention. Management makes promises that never come to light unless it serves to benefit them more. Likewise, career opportunities are only offered when they serve to benefit the management more than the employee. The good ones end up leaving once they realize what's really going on. HR is almost nonexistent. I have never met my HR rep (if i have one) They do nothing to assist employees with HR-related issues. Intact, any complaint to HR usually comes back to bite the employee
