Pros

Some of the nicest people who are always willing to help each other

Cons

Wasn't always like this, but now they expect you to work crazy long hours without extra pay or people. We end up doing way more than what your job's supposed to be, and all you get is some nice words. When you ask for help or you're struggling, they say can't help sorry! No explanation. Total mess and very toxic. Bad leadership. No clue what their organisation or their teams do, so they get someone external to explain instead of speaking to their own people. Forget moving up the ladder also, you're stuck in the same old job forever. They can't keep the good folks around, cause they've all jumped ship.
