Pros

Great place to work, work life balance, good leaves, encouraging for learning new stuff, work from home easily available, good bonus

Cons

Not good pay, below the market standard in analytics. Monotonous work, lots of office politics, very bad increments like 2%

Pros

I have nothing good to say

Cons

Glassdoor rating makes me think many of the reviews are fake. Worked there over 10 years in Canada in 5 different departments. 90% of the coworkers I knew was miserable. Overworked and underpaid. Terrible managers were promoted who didn't know how to manage or even the first thing about the team they were supposed to lead. Saw hundreds of people I knew laid off due to offspring. Finally left to a company where I feel more valued. 0/10 would recommend.

Pros

They have many cultural programmes in the organisation. Even online these days.

Cons

- Loads of politics. - Firing is common and frequent in the company. - Although they say they are transparent, they are not at all. - Zero Hike at times. - Senior management is very unstable.
