Disorganized Change Management
Pros
Fair pay and great benefits package Various Employee Resource Groups: Celebrate diversity and allow employees to get involved Possibility of international opportunities
Cons
Their management style, at least in my team, encourages silos and seperation amongst team members. In attempts to save costs, decisions are made that complicate processses as opposed to simplifying them. An increasing reliance of offshore team has diminished the quality of our work. They attempt to standardize work that cannot be standardized! They also are obsessed with data - how much work you are completing, how many minutes you spend on a task, etc. Sometimes complying with their tracking tools takes more time than the work itself. Their processes are disorganized and leave room for interpretation causing endless debates over what is the right way to do something. They constantly change priorities. You may spend hours working on something only to be told it is no longer important and there goes all your effort down the drain! Overall, very frustrating working for them.
