it is a good company to start career for a new graduates there is a wide learning environment, company values encourage employees to speak up, first line managers run one to one meetings in regular basis, there are often C level exchange meetings with teams work life balance is promoted by management

Cons

bureaucracy in processes, dependency on global approvals, career development limited within the department you should search for vacancies in other departments or locations.

Very bureaucratic. In a company that size. It can take a long time to achieve. Some managers still like to micro manage and slow progress.
