Adequate salary. Usually open people. The bright new building.

Cons

Bureaucracy. Open space (200 people per floor), no septums. A very limited choice of development technologies, usually you have to use those ones, which were proclaimed from the above.

good environment, in-house gym and clinic, medical and dental and vision benefits, education support, free transportation, parking free at HSBC, great staff and bosses, spacious and nicely designed. bonus is good once a year depending on your performance. CSR and lots of activities, festive seasons.
