Pros

The experience and training programs that you get in hsbc is the best. Being an international bank, it exposes you to several experiences that other local banks do not have. The system of having limits for corporate clients to be approved locally and over these limits to be approved by the headquarters gives the bank strength with minimum risks.

Cons

Mangement discrimination with employees ad mangement self interests do exist unfortunately.

Pros

In here, it seems I'm not in a office rather in a get together with friends. All are helpful with their own field of expertise, ready to give shoulder when you need one and always helps to explore the unexplored.

Cons

Sometimes you might feel gloomy regarding work pressure, sometimes you might feel demotivated. But sharing your thoughts always brightens up the day.
