Pros

1. Good Exposure 2. Excellent Client Base 3. Good Support Systems 4. Transparent Promotion Policies 5. Best Compensation In-Class 6. Employee Friendly HR policies

Cons

While the promotion policies are transparent they may appear to be at times dogmatic and there would be no relaxation on any account. This may lead to a stagnation in some cases and thus dissatisfaction. Due to recent economic conditions abroad (outside India) there have been large scale cost cutting and this has been a big let down for the old employees, so there is a general sense of resentment in the company circles.
