Pros

Bankers Development Program is a good chance for graduates to enter into the financial industry with excellent training, practice opportunities and broad choices for future positions.

Cons

Maybe this institution is a little bit bureaucratic with complex supervision system, and the salaries are just at average perhaps lower level among China's banking industry.
