1. Good Work life balance : 9-6 work schedule 2. Work from Home facility in some projects 3.Recognition : Skip level managers are also well aware. 4.Culture 5.Salary hike : good hike in 2011,market correction 6. Most people working for longer tenure: employee friendly

Cons

1. Less challenge, less learning : most systems are very old, and stable 2.Lot many approvals needed for small things 3. HR is not much helping, management decisions are not well communicated. 4.Mostly old players,promotion and growth are harder to get

Pros

Well developed training system and good tradition, a great place to start for new comers of banking industry. Focuse on team work and people development. Open discussion and fair opportunities. Leading foreign bank in China with experienced business and global network. Company with good social responsibility.

Cons

Salary may not be that high in the industry, just on average. Cross function transfer is not very easy for staff to do so.
