Great Benefits. Good exposure to banking / financial products . You gain strong experience in Financial Industry.

Cons

HSBC is winding up North America and moving its operations towards Hong Kong at present. Not a good time join HSBC, USA

Pros

The employee benefits package is fairly decent.

Cons

The incentive bonus pay from the company(if you hit your monthly dollars collected), is not worth the hard work and pressure you deal with daily. You are better off with another company.

International exposure, great diversity level, lots of oportunities to work in different countries, great brand, presence globally, you can make a career, etc

Cons

low payer when compared to other financial institutions, a lot of policies that make very hard to satisfy clients some times
