Pros

World'd largest bank good brand recognition in the bigger markets (Vancouver, Calgary etc.) Benefits are decent. Vacation time given is good.

Cons

Ongoing growing pains. Smaller markets no brand recognition. Targets are huge and same for everyone in that role no matter what IT sucks complicated systems and a lot of redundant paperwork. No Sick days!
