Pros

Large organization with lots of history and culture. Financial strength. Excellent Sr management team. Plenty of global opportunities. encourages creativity out of the box thinking.

Cons

Size of the organization makes it very challenging to be connected. Projects start with an objective of one size fits all in terms of products and countries and become impossible to finish due to the same assumption.

Cons

low salaries 6 month draw is not enough time to build a book with all the training and especially if you have to study for a test.
