Pros

If you get good manager . In support usually they have UK working hours and they follow the Indian holidays hence good place to maintain work life balance. Good core leave policy

Cons

Little work to do and if you work there for few years little value you will be having outside and you need to continue there. Less scope of change of project ,in case you are bored with the current project. No WFH for employee benefit . Its always in benefit of the company. Relay mostly on old guards i.e their senior management

Pros

Was hardly stressed while working, the people were really friendly. I worked on quite a few significant projects, and felt like a valued team member.

Cons

The tasks I did could have been much more challenging. Also, it appeared that there was hardly any socialising among different teams.
