Pros

Good benefits Great Experience Great vacation allowance Opportunity to try many different roles in one job (partly due to company being very lean) Can be a flexible work place

Cons

Favoritism...hard to move up until management likes you already There are more people talking than people working. Employees are treated as resources not human Salary is below market average. Large chunk of bonus goes to senior management Work compensation is low Little trust for senior management No really opportunities to grow in company Low morale Computer systems, the slower I never seem

Pros

The benefits package is great, the 401(k) and medical benefits in particular. Also, they have a tuition reimbursement program.

Cons

Some business are contracting in North America. Therefore, the workforce is also shrinking. Too many layoffs recently. But I guess that's necessary to right-size the company.
