Pros

The competetive salary is attractive. The people that work in the company are also very nice people, very diverse and culturally rich environment.

Cons

The bank is going through alot of changes. The technology is the worst I have ever seen with very antiquated systems.

Pros

Great reputation in Hong Kong. This bank provides good benefits, able to work flexible hours, work life balance is encouraged. The bank supports many charity and environmental activities.

Cons

Development of trainees is very lacking and dependant on which manager/department you work for though they have now put in a development program to help with this. Bank is very bureaucratic! Pay is much lower than market. A lot of people staying back late but not very productive - have a mentality of needing to be seen staying back. Management style very old fashioned.
