great benefits for workers, opportunity to grow and be promoted as long as you work hard and management notices what you have accomplished

Cons

sometimes the work environment is stressful too much office politics and drama but i guess that can happen anywhere some management shows favoritism neglects to recognize workers

Cons

too procedure driven... long hours.. pay could be better...managers have favorites..not many opportunities for growth after the CML business closed last year
