Pros

-Great vacation allowance -Opportunity to try many different roles in one job (partly due to company being very lean)

Cons

- Snr management lacks clear vision - Regular major overhauls throughout year with improperly communicated purpose, vision, change management. - Throughout major changes, Snr Mgmt cares little about employees' concerns, questions or how engaged they are. - "Do as you're told" mentality - Scorecard review process is meaningless and not used as a guide by reporting manager - Little trust for senior management - Few opportunities to grow in company - Low morale
