Pros

Great location, fair compensation, work/life balance. Was given a lot of responsibility and rewarded for my work quickly through promotions and raises.

Cons

While I had a fair work/life balance, some employees did not. There were so many employees, some that sat right next to me, that I never had the chance to interact with. The enviroment felt unfriendly at times.

Cons

Products and services to the customers are not at power as compare to competitor. Most important is Senior/Mid level Management is not at all bother about low level management

Pros

Focus on work life balance. There are continual efforts to create a more holistic work environment which focuses on family as well as social life instead of all work.

Cons

There is limited career growth opportunities for those ambitious high flyers. The organization structure is quite deep and not easy to penetrate into higher management
