Pros

High turnover equated to loads of opportunity for newer sales people to move into management Solid benefits package Nice base salary and ability to earn substantial bonuses A large 'family' culture in most regions of the country

Cons

Management and mid-senior managers put in loads of hours and often heavy field travel. Hardcore politics in certain groups or regions. You are in or you are out. Same pay structure in all US markets despite great differences in cost of living. Generally meant lower quality hires in high cost markets.

Pros

good environment, interact with people from all over the world. really a good place to learn new stuff and gain experience

Cons

no particular cons to say, just not as quantitative as I expected. Otherwise, quite a good corp to work with.

Pros

Good working conditions, awesome salaries in the sector, good bonus and incentive schemes, good recognition and rewards program, employee oriented HR, open to change and automation, fair appraisal system

Cons

shift timings, bad transport policy, bad party culture ( is not optional for the non party freaks ), too many activities that hamper work, some bad managers but I'm sure they are omnipresent
