Pros

Good training opportunities and compensation for the role I perform, and a good spirit within the company. Well positioned to come out of the financial crisis strongly.

Cons

Working for a large company can make it difficult to completely understand the 'big picture' and what's going on, but this is simply part of the package of working for a multinational .

Pros

Great benefits. Decent pay. Career growth within company. Paid time off is 3 weeks. 401k match is 6% as long as you contribute 4%.

Cons

Burocracy!! Talk about inability to change quickly. The layers of managment present a good opportunityfor advancement, bu with so many it hinders the abilities of the company. Interview process is long and arduous.
