Pros

Good people to work with. Good opportunities to move between departments and cross train skills. Good working hours, employees aren't obliged to work longer than their contracted hours

Cons

Not too many negatives, perhaps the bonus could be more competitive for support staff than it is currently. Plus salary levels lower than competitiors

Pros

You will get a big title easily. If a director title without any direct reports means something to you, the company is the right place for you. However, you will still work as an individual contributor in a small cubical.

Cons

The products/services are targeting low end customers. The company’s strategy is to promote people who have very harsh personality in order to make the business model work. Eventually, the managers are like a collection of high-educated used car dealers.
