Cons

Lot of politics. Boot lickers gets the nod when it's about promotion or hike. Unfit managers and technical leads drawing fat salaries. No growth as you Will be working with technically weak people.

Good work Life Balance Flexible work from home facility Good Shift Allowances Good carreer opportunities( Only if you push yourself to learn more, The company will promote your additional skills but they won't push you to do additional trainings) Fair yearly increment ( above 10% on an avg)

Cons

No onsite opportunity If you are lucky and got to travel to any location it will be of short duration ( 3 months max) Meagre allownaces if you are on Onsite. GLT Management is not Good.
