No good quality work Middle level management is very lazy and things move very slow. No recognition.

Organisation is badly stuck with politics and you should only join if you are a good politician or want to be They have a policy to give 4 rating(Performance improvement programme) mandatory to its 10% of employees and normallythey execute this policy on freshers and new employees No onsite oppertunity and very poor hike(Less than 5%). Some manager are not even qualified for the job of clerk.In mail writing also they need help. 9 AM to 6PM office timings and your manager may ask you to apply half day leave if you come office after 10 AM. In every town hall they share all negative news of the organisation and how bad they are performing worldwide. Most of manager are from non technical background and their qualification is B.A or B.Com,They even don't know basic SQL quries. Manager would always spy on your desktop to know what are you doing and would discuss this only while giving your yearly feedback. Manager may even tell you don't go to drink water frequently better keep water bottle at your desk to improve productivity. Because of all this cons they have started hiring on contract now,If you get call on contract join only if you don't have any other offer and plan to leave with in one year.
