Local managers with powers(Middle layer)managers are politicising the company and no fair performance evaluations due to this. Managers not following ettiquets ,example: not always english as language for communication Project managemen & resource allocation is worst

Good interaction with in teams. Monetary benefits if you stay more than 4 years. Gym is good. Infrastructure is good. Captive organization hence no client employee culture.

Cons

Monotonous work. Leadership, management , politics. Food is worst. Management not even listen to change. only one vendor.
