lot of politics. Senior people are only concerned about saving their own jobs rather than having any vision for the sake of company's growth.

HSBC GLT is a good company to work for. A decent place where you can take retirement. Salary increment and bonus is good , although down in 2013.

Cons

A company who don't wish to take risk despite of being in Banking and Financial Industry. Need more improvement in its legacy system and niche technologies.

Work environment, team culture. The teams are well distributed according to the experience levels and guidance is ample until TL level

Cons

politics at higher level is very shrewd, Managers do not care about lower level staff and think that all the work is done by managers
