Onsite opportunities are less now. All proprietary frameworks are used which is hardly any useful if you are fresher and spent 2+ yrs here

You can reach from any end of Pune 5. If you can speak, you can avoid work pressures 6. Good work life balance 7. Recently given interim salary hike to reduce attrition 8. Some of the departments has cutting edge technologies to work

1. You won't get much technical exposure if not an enthusiast 2. Onsites are of short durations 3. Have drinks with managers and you can get onsite without performance. 4. Production support work may take toll on your life
