Unfortunately no pros except got chance to work on the project developed from starch to end and got good exposure.

Cons

1)No Onsite opportunity. 2)Salary structure is not up to other IB standard. 3)Very very bad politics 4)Management are narrow minded and purely non-technical. 5)Local Region based partiality - GBM purely support local people and prefer local region people for promotion. 6)management culture is purely party and drink based.

A very saturated organization . People don't know T of Technical holding position of Specialist like Middle east AEM Digital CSaand SCS for them Technical is not important aspect. Lobby Policies are here no growth for techie guys only for guys who agree with them
