Pros

Increasing Rewards and Awards to encourage more initiatives across departments. Stepping towards newer technologies, but with slower steps. Lenient holiday structures and encouragement to take time off. Higher management encourages to speak up anonymously. Market average pay scale in most roles.

Cons

Communication is distributed in a broad fashion. It was hard to understand how the policies of the bank are supported by my immediate job role. Lesser expertise of management in technology. Some departments are more prone to management politics.
