Pros
The job flexibility depends on the team you are working and not the organization. The benefits are good with decent variable pay and hikes based on your performance. A lot of fun activities and events happen often at the campus. I would say it was a really good experience for me since I got the initial training on a few technologies and there was a lot of flexibility to learn new stuff while working.
Cons
The scariest part is layoffs happen sometimes and you see a lot of people panicking. There was no hike for most people during the layoff period.
