Pros
1) Good Salary if you are Lateral. 2) Work Life Balance 3) Office parties are quite often 4) Can Learn Banking domain
Cons
1) Managers are partial and don't know any thing technical. They are supposed to do only functional things at times. 2) Lots of politics due to bad rating policy. They call it (70 20 10) policy. 3) If you don't get a good project then company change is the only option. 4) Too much manager driven, HR play no role. 5) Very difficult to change project, most IJP's are fake. Its easy to change a company. 6) Most people are here for enjoyment & knows very little technical things. 7) Hires from any engineering college , need smart & techy people. 8) No Bench. 9) Little on site opportunities.
