Pros

Nothing much. It really depends on the department in which you are working. The work might be good and you might get to learn new things. You might get a very good salary hike if you have a good relationship with your manager.

Cons

Managers dominant environment. No good work culture. Bounded hours system, feels like a jail when you have to complete 7.5 hours even when you have no work.

positive . . . . part of one of the financial organization global exposure almost every project will have international client and grate facilities

negative... . not the best term of exposure to cutting edge tech but a good exp learning about robust banking system
