      provides great training benefits, the interview process will have HR, Technical, HR . we would be given some sample code snippets to solved and find the solutions

      Less development opportunities, No heavy usage of latest technologies.

      Pros

      Work life balance is great. Good for working ladies. Some policies are really good for employees. Infrastructure is good.

      Cons

      Can change their policies anytime. The moment a new senior manager/officer enters the organization, a whole set of new rules and regulations are introduced. And this is quite frequent. Very slow processes. Frustrating at times. You are supposed to 'code' even if there is no work just to make sure every resource is 'utilized' for 8 hours. Don't expect much liberty to actually develop some amazing code. You are mostly not expected to use your brain.
