      Very Disappointed with the recruitment Screening.

      Pros

      Work-life balance, Good company culture, Better salary pay.

      Cons

      Judging candidates based on branch is not a better screening procedure.(I am an ECE candidate studying in "Madanapalle Institute of Technology & Science")
