      Good working environment. Well being and other facilities. Supportive team members. Lots of project for work Flexible working time

      Cons

      Bad politics ( Depends on Manager) Appresial percentage are on lower side. Not a proper pure technical projects. ( Its mixture of support + technical). Only specific people get Promotion easily who are closer to the Manager and DLs, otherwise even if you are good in work, they have their answers ready
