This creates a highly unstable work environment with no job security. Poor Management: The management team is completely disengaged and ineffective. There's a lot of office politics, which makes it a toxic and draining place to work. Decisions seem to be made without any clear logic or direction. Lack of Meaningful Work: The company seems obsessed with generative AI, but the work itself is menial and unchallenging, often just involving writing prompts. There are no significant projects to develop skills or contribute to real innovation.
