      Lot to learn. Lots of opportunities

      Cons

      No proper structure among teams. Expectations from an employee in terms of work is not clear. High voltage projects. They expect too much from an employee in short span of time. Everyday single day is pressurising with so much of pending work ahead. No work life balance. Management wants to get more work done with less number of people in short span of time. Survival is difficult with such competitive environments
