Unstructured and not well organized HR and recruitment processes.HR and recruitment team don't respond to emails or chat. Recruitment team is the worst. They are very unprofessional, if we send a mail to get some issue resolved, they call you and ask to stop sending the mails because the CEO Himanshu is asking why it's not resolved. They convince you that they are working on the issue, but they refuse to send a formal email communication on that. This is very pathetic. The offer letter they gave does not even have any authorised signature from the company's end. I doubt if it's even a valid document. When asked why the offer letter is not signed, they told it's because it is a auto-generated offer letter. If you are from a good service/product based MNC don't join this company.

We have seen tremendous increase in the headcount and we are relooking at the policies and processes to have a scalable approach to cater the bigger headcount.

Pros

It is purely service base company Salary is good, good hike, good food. They don't have own projects, all has to go to client location. I joined to the company then i got project and worked around one and half month after that i was replaced by some other guy, then i moved to bench as there were no projects, after 2 months they forced us to resign by saying that your performance is not good, comedy...

Cons

very short term project, you won't learn much. If there is no project then you will be moved to bench, after 1 or 2 month if wont get any project then they will force you to resign.

The allocation and management team take extra care to ensure that the projects allocated are of the highest quality and that the learning curve of every employee is high. Resignations at HashedIn are not forced and constant performance monitoring is carried to ensure that all employees grow in their careers. Not a place for QA

Food WFH Appraisal for every six months

Cons

1.This is not a place for QA. Company will have only short term projects. The team members ratio of developer and QA is not comparable. There will be only 1 or 2 QA engineers to test the complete application 2. There is no much scope for automation . Hardly very few projects have automation 3. In apprisal most of the amount will be added to variable pay 4. Few managers asks us to work on weekend’s as well 5. Appraisal results will be delayed for two months

Thanks for the feedback and for highlighting some of the things we have been doing good. Can’t deny the fact that there can be times when work becomes stressful and we actively try and prevent this from happening by organising fun activities, outings, hobby classes, team lunch so on. Will definitely take this as feedback. Few points I would like to clarify: - We have separate tracks for QA and SDET( Software Development Engineer in Test). If one wishes to move to SDET track we have defined a path as well. Anyone who aspires to grow in the QA Automation, there are opportunities to learn. - Appraisal happens on both fixed and variable. The fixed component determines the variable component and an increase in fixed component automatically increases the variable component. -We have half-yearly appraisals ( performance evaluations+salary increment) and we mostly see that there are no delays. Even if it is delayed by a month due to unavoidable circumstances, we have never missed paying the increment with arrears.
